Who operates this site
This website is operated by AlienROI. OWNER ACTION REQUIRED: add the legal business name, jurisdiction, and registered/contact details here before launch — a privacy policy must identify the actual data controller.
Information you provide
If you use our contact form or email us, we receive the details you choose to share: your name, work email address, store website, approximate monthly store revenue (optional), and anything you write in the message field. We use it only to respond to your enquiry and discuss a potential partnership.
How the contact form works
The enquiry form is sent to our inbox as an email. When an email delivery provider is configured, your submission is transmitted to that provider solely to deliver the message. If no provider is configured, the form instead opens your own email application with a pre-filled draft — nothing is transmitted or stored by the website in that case.
Service providers
This site is hosted on Vercel, which processes standard server-side request data (such as IP addresses) to serve and protect the site. When configured, Resend delivers enquiry emails. We do not otherwise share your information with third parties for their own marketing.
Analytics and cookies
This website does not currently use analytics, advertising trackers, or non-essential cookies. If that changes, this policy will be updated to describe what is collected and why.
Retention
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and maintain a record of our conversation. OWNER ACTION REQUIRED: confirm a concrete retention period before launch.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us at any time what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@alienroi.com. Depending on where you live, additional rights under data-protection law may apply.
